The brief
Moving intake forms, booking and reminders online so the front desk stops retyping paperwork.
Challenge
Where practices usually start
Many clinics still take intake on paper, book by phone and send reminders by hand. The front desk types the same details into several systems, and missed reminders turn into no-shows.
Approach
What I set up
I set up online intake forms that feed the booking system, automatic confirmations and reminders, and a simple routine for the front desk. The team gets a short training session and a written SOP for each step.
Outcome
What it's meant to change
Less retyping and fewer missed appointments, with a front desk that can run the system without me.
