The brief
Sending aftercare, check-ins and review requests at the right time after every treatment, without anyone remembering to.
Challenge
Where practices usually start
Follow-ups after treatment often depend on someone having time at the end of the day. Aftercare instructions go out late or not at all, happy clients are never asked for a review, and rebooking reminders are missed.
Approach
What I set up
I build a follow-up sequence triggered by each completed appointment: aftercare the same day, a check-in a few days later, a review request once the client has seen results, and a rebooking reminder timed to the treatment.
Outcome
What it's meant to change
Every client gets the same follow-up, and asking for reviews and rebookings no longer depends on someone remembering.
